St. Louis Lighting Group knows that you are concerned about online security and privacy information. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the websites offered by St. Louis Lighting Group or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies located in the United States (the “Site”). We appreciate your trust that we will act responsibly with any information you share through this Site.

Collection of Personal Information, Financial Information and Information Sharing

The Site allows anonymous viewing of all public information on the Site. You can view the information on these pages without telling us who you are. There may be some pages on the Site that request certain personally-identifying information from you, such as name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers, company name, title or job position. We may also collect information about your interest in St. Louis Lighting Group Brands products, services, job openings or other transactions that you or your organization may enter with St. Louis Lighting Group through these pages. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated organizations for commercial purposes unrelated to the business of St. Louis Lighting Group.

Some limited products may be available to purchase online. To complete these online financial transactions our sites may request personally identifying information including contact information and credit card billing information. Disclosure of this information is completely voluntary and you have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. In addition to the permitted disclosures described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, this information may be shared with credit card processing organizations.

St. Louis Lighting Group may disclose all or any portion of your personally identifying or financial information if it believes there are exceptional reasons to do so. These include, but are not limited to, the following situations: (1) to correct technical problems and malfunctions in how the Site operates or processes visitors’ information, (2) to protect the security and integrity of the Site and its service; (3) to protect St. Louis Lighting Groups’ rights and property and the rights and property of others; (4) to take precautions against liability; (5) to respond to claims that submitted information violates the rights or interests of third parties; (6) to the extent required by law or to respond to judicial process; (7) to the extent permitted under other provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation on a matter related to public safety, as applicable; or (8) in connection with the purchase or sale of one or more of St. Louis Lighting Group businesses or their business assets.

In addition, if you submit your own content in any forum, information sharing channel or other online function on the Site, any personal information that you post on the Site becomes public information, may be shared with other participants in the forum and may be used by us in accordance with the Site Terms and Conditions. We cannot prevent such information from being used by others in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law or your personal privacy and safety.

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that the Site is hosted on our computer servers in the United States. Any personal information collected through the Site may be transferred to the United States and other countries that might not provide an equivalent level of protection as the data protection laws in your home country. Your use of the Site or submission of any personal information will constitute your consent to the transfer of your personal information outside of your home country. Also, the recipient of personal information that you post in any blog or other online forum on the Site may be located in the United States or another jurisdiction that may not provide an equivalent level of data protection to the laws in your home country.

Non-Identifying Information

Certain types of non-identifying information are collected and stored automatically during each visitor’s session on the Site by using information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. Cookies are small files created by web sites that reside on the hard drive of the visitor’s computer and that store information about a visitor’s use of a particular web site.

Miscellaneous

The Site has taken commercially reasonable precautions to protect the data and information under our control from misuse, loss or alteration. Unfortunately, no system can ensure complete security.

The Site may contain links to other sites. While we try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

St. Louis Lighting Group Brands does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our site is designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13. We request that children do not provide personally identifiable information through the Site.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy and will post any revisions on the Site.
